目的观察静脉注射间苯三酚联合倍美力阴道用软膏在绝经后妇女宫内节育器(IUD)取出术中的临床疗效。方法将100例需要取宫内节育器的绝经后妇女随机分为2组。观察组50例,术前7 d开始应用倍美力阴道用软膏0.5 g,2次/d,术前15 min静脉注射间苯三酚40 mg;对照组50例,不用任何药物,常规取宫内节育器。观察患者疼痛程度、宫颈软化程度及一次性取出宫内节育器的成功率等。结果观察组患者疼痛程度、宫颈软化程度及一次性取出宫内节育器的成功率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论间苯三酚联合倍美力软膏用于绝经后宫内节育器取出术,取器的临床效果好,宫颈软化确切,操作简便,不良反应少,取器成功率高,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of intravenous injection of phloroglucinol combined with Beomei vaginal ointment in the removal of intrauterine device (IUD) in postmenopausal women. Methods 100 postmenopausal women who needed IUD were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group of 50 cases, 7 days before the application of beverly vaginal use ointment 0.5 g, 2 times / d, 15 minutes before the intravenous injection of phloroglucinol 40 mg; control group of 50 patients without any medication, conventional take Palace IUD. Observe the patient’s degree of pain, degree of cervical softening and the success rate of one-time removal of IUD and so on. Results The degree of pain, the degree of cervical softening and the success rate of IUD removal in observation group were better than those in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The combination of phloroglucinol and Beimei Li ointment for postmenopausal IUD retrieval has the advantages of good clinical curative effect, exact cervix softening, simple operation, less adverse reactions and high success rate of device extraction. It is worthy of clinical application.
