写在前面:日前记者有幸获得了采访国家体育总局办公厅王伟处长的机会,对颁布不久的电子竞技运动项目管理规定中,爱好者们比较关心的问题进行了采访。(管理规定包括《全国电子竞技竞赛管理办法》(试行)、《全国电子竞技竞赛规则》、《全国电子竞技裁判员管理办法》(试行)、《全国电子竞技运动员积分制度实施办法》(试行)和《全国电子竞技运动员注册与交流管理办法》(试行)几个部分,文中除单独指出其中某一规定外,统一简称为管理规定。)
