油气田生产过程中,抽油机是必不可少的关键设备,而抽油机的特点使得这种设备成为了耗能大户。如何降低原油开采的成本,降本增效,成为业界关注的焦点,对采油设备的节能控制,意义重大。因此,本文结合抽油机的结构及原理,对抽油机配套电机的工作方式进行了分析,针对配套电机降压节能技术的运用进行总结,得出该技术不仅简单实用,具有节能推广的价值。
In the process of oil and gas field production, the pumping unit is an indispensable key equipment, and the characteristics of the pumping unit make this equipment become a large energy consumer. How to reduce the cost of crude oil exploration, reduce costs and increase efficiency has become the focus of the industry, the energy-saving control of oil extraction equipment, of great significance. Therefore, based on the structure and principle of the pumping unit, this paper analyzes the working mode of the pumping unit supporting motor, summarizes the application of the buck motor technology, and concludes that the technology is not only simple and practical, but also has the value of energy-saving promotion .
