重症肺炎合并低钠血症,常因原发病所掩盖而误诊,现就我院近5年来收治重症肺炎并发低钠血症30例报告如下:1 临床资料1.1 一般资料:年龄:<7天6例,7~28天7例,1~6个月10例,6月~1岁5例,>1岁2例。男26例,女4例。人工喂养18例,母乳喂养12例。1.2 诊断标准:重症肺炎按儿科教材规定(肺炎合并有循环系统,神经系统,消化系统等症状)。低钠血症按血钠<130nmmol/L。
