沉没度是抽油机井的重要动态参数及运行指标,是影响产能挖潜、泵效水平、系统效率及耗能、热洗效率以及泵况问题发生率的重要因素,是抽油机井举升势能的直接体现,是提高系统效率及降低百米吨液耗电重要调控对象。通过摸索单井次洗井时间及热洗周期与沉没度间的关系,找出沉没度于清防蜡间的关系,归纳出沉没度与问题井发生率间的关系。综上,最终确立抽油机井沉没度的合理范围,为我矿机采井沉没度合理调控提供正确的方向,降低泵况问题发生率,延长检泵周期和提高运行时率。
