一、国内市场需求逐渐启动,钢材价格震荡回升3月份,天气渐渐转暖,建筑施工开始展开,国内市场处于钢材消费淡季向旺季的转换期,社会库存有所消化,钢铁企业迫于成本压力,上调出厂价格,致使钢材市场价格由降转升。3月末,CSPI钢材综合价格指数为121.18点,环比上升2.71点,升幅2.29%。八个主要钢材品种中,除无缝管外,其它七大钢材品种价格全面回升,其中,中厚板、热轧卷板价格有所回升,环比上月分别上升37元/吨和17元/吨,升幅为0.87%和0.39%;
