一目前,我省大部分铁厂烧结矿碱度CaO/SiO_2为1.1~1.5。氧化镁3~4%,配少量白云石粉。个别的不配(因冶山、凤凰山、利国等矿粉含氧化镁都有3%左右,有的更高)。国内重点企业大多数也是生产这种碱度烧结矿,氧化镁2.5~4%,称它为自熔性烧结矿(注一)。一些研究工作者指出,这种烧结矿的强度比2.0以上(或1.6以上)的高碱度烧结矿差,比1.0以下的低碱度烧结矿也差。为了解决这个问题,他们建议,使用高碱度烧结矿,或同时使用高低两种碱度
