黄玉涛现任吉林储备物资管理局二三八处处长,是德惠市第十六届人民代表大会代表。先后担任过二三八处物管科长、业务副处长、一七九处处长、二三八处处长等职务。1997年被评为国家物资储备系统物资管理先进工作者;1998年被评为物资管理系统劳动模范;2000年至2006年连续7年被评为省局基层单位优秀处级干部。在黄玉涛的带领下,2006年二三八处实现经营服务性收入520万元,2007年(截至11月份)可实现520万元。
Huang Yutao currently serves as director of the Reserve Bureau of Jilin Province 230 and is the representative of the 16th People’s Congress of Dehui City.
