人物简介:黄大昉,男,1942年8月出生。国家高技术研究发展计划(863计划)生物技术领域专家委员会委员,国家重大基础研究计划(973计划)项目首席科学家,农业领域咨询专家组组长。研究领域涉及植物病虫害生物学与农业生物技术两方面。1965年毕业于北京农业大学植物病理专业,1986~1988年和1992年曾以访问科学家身份赴美国康奈尔大学从事微生物分子遗传研究,现任国家科技重大专项“转基因农业生物新品种培育”监督评估组成员,战略性新兴产业发展规划专家咨询委员会委员,第九届、第十届、第十一届全国政协委员。
Character brief introduction: Huang Dalang, male, born in August 1942. National Hi-Tech Research and Development Program (863 Program) Biotechnology Expert Committee, Chief Scientist of the National Basic Research Program of China (973 Program) Project, and Expert Team Leader in Agriculture. His research interests include plant pest and disease biology and agricultural biotechnology. He graduated from Beijing Agricultural University in 1965 with plant pathology. From 1986 to 1988 and 1992, he went to Cornell University in the United States for molecular molecular genetic research as a visiting scientist. Now he is a member of the National Science and Technology Major Project “Cultivation of New Transgenic Agricultural Bio-varieties” Members of the supervision and assessment team, members of the Strategic Emerging Industry Development Planning Expert Advisory Committee, members of the Ninth, Tenth and Eleventh CPPCC National Committee members.
