提出了基于多元联系数的集对分析方法对灌区的节水改造效益进行综合评价。以西北内陆灌区为例,根据其特点从经济、社会、人文、环境等多方面初步建立了节水灌溉综合效应评价指标体系。用基于四元和五元联系数的集对分析方法构造流域节水灌溉综合效应评价指标样本值隶属于可变模糊集“灌区节水综合效应评价标准等级”的相对隶属度函数,建立了西北内陆节水灌溉综合效应评价模型。评价结果可靠合理,方法简便实用,在灌区综合效应评价中的应用是可行的。
A set pair analysis method based on multivariate association number is proposed to evaluate the benefit of water saving reform in irrigation districts. Taking the Northwest Inland Irrigation District as an example, according to its characteristics, the index system of comprehensive effect of water saving irrigation has been preliminarily established in economic, social, cultural and environmental aspects. Using the set pair analysis method based on quaternary and five-element association numbers to construct the relative membership degree function of comprehensive evaluation index of water-saving irrigation in watershed belongs to the variable membership fuzzy function fuzzy set “water-saving integrated effect evaluation standard ” Integrated Evaluation Model of Inland Water Saving Irrigation in Northwest China. The evaluation result is reliable and reasonable, the method is simple and practical, and it is feasible to evaluate the comprehensive effect of irrigation area.
