在渤海湾,有一个3000人口的行政村叫西街。1985年西街人均收入不足500元,集体经济基本陷于瘫痪。19年后,全村经济总收入突破2亿元,有集体企业24个,个体企业300多家。个人收入和集体经济收入都实现了数十倍,乃至数百倍的增长。西街村何以发生了如此大的变化?
In Bohai Bay, there is a 3,000-member administrative village called West Street. In 1985, per capita income of West Street was less than 500 yuan, and the collective economy was basically paralyzed. 19 years later, the village’s total economic income exceeded 200 million yuan, 24 collective enterprises, more than 300 individual enterprises. Personal income and collective economic income have achieved a few times, or even hundreds of times the growth. West Village why such a big change has taken place?
