目的掌握徐汇区医用移动式X射线机的使用和管理情况,探索此类设备放射卫生监督管理模式。方法对现有的27台医用移动式X射线机(不包括移动式C臂X射线机)进行调研,从前期预防、放射诊疗许可、卫生监督日常管理、受检者防护、公众安全防护、放射诊疗工作人员职业健康监护等方面具体分析医用移动式X射线机的使用状况。结果通过调查发现了徐汇区医用移动式X射线机的使用管理中的问题,并给出了相关建议。结论加强医用移动式X射线机使用过程中的监督管理,有利于实现受检者利益的最大化。
Objective To understand the use and management of medical mobile X-ray machines in Xuhui District and explore the radiation health supervision and management mode of such equipment. Methods The existing 27 sets of medical mobile X-ray machines (excluding mobile C-arm X-ray machines) were investigated. From the aspects of pre-prevention, radiotherapy and treatment permission, routine supervision of health supervision, subjects protection, public safety protection and radiation Medical staff in occupational health care and other aspects of the specific analysis of medical mobile X-ray machine usage. Results The survey found that the use of medical X-ray machine in Xuhui District, the management of the problem and gives relevant recommendations. Conclusion To strengthen the supervision and management of the medical mobile X-ray machine in the process of using is beneficial to maximize the benefit of the subjects.
