十八届中央纪委五次全会提出,要加强与纪检、组织、政法、审计等机关和部门的协调,认真梳理问题线索,使专项巡视指向更加明确,专项巡视要做到目标清晰、机动灵活、精准发现、定点突破。这为充分发挥巡视利剑作用,更有力有效地发现问题、形成震慑,实现巡视工作与纪律审查相融合互促进的“双赢”局面指明了方向,提供了科学思路。建立巡视机构与纪检、组织、审计、信访等相关部门的信息沟通机制,全面掌握被巡视地区、单位存在的问题,解决巡视信息不对称的问题。特别是要建立健全纪律审查与巡视工作协同推进的工作机制,把纪律审查工作融入巡视工作中,提高巡视的指向性。
