我厂在厂党委领导下,建立了以工人为主体的三结合焊接组,研究使用和推广二氧化碳气体保护焊接。几年来,不仅在车身制造上使用二氧化碳气体保护焊代替了旧的电弧焊,并且自己动手制造了一些设备,如细焊丝二氧化碳保护焊机,二氧化碳气体保护电焊机及二氧化碳气体保护仿形自动焊机等。在生产实践中充分显示了二氧化碳气体保护焊接的优越性,如生产率高、变形小、易于掌握、焊接质量高以及成本低等。一、二氧化碳气体保护焊在生产上的应用情况我厂是生产TJ-620型旅行车的。车身为全金属焊接结构,全部构件均是薄板冲压成型。绝大部分的构件厚度在1、2毫米以下,生产中全车分六部分组焊后,再进行车身总组焊。使用二氧化碳气体保护焊时,不但生产率高,且易于掌握,更重要的是变形小,如车身骨架的组焊分左、右两帮及车顶骨架,全部是1、2毫米以下薄板件组成,装配时有间隙。对门框等装配焊后尺寸要求较高,使用电弧焊或气焊难以达到要求,不但变形量达不到要求,而
