对全身浅表淋巴结结核1例超声表现分析如下。1病历摘要女,40岁。无意中发现左颌下蚕豆大包块2个月余,无低热、咳嗽、盗汗、关节疼痛等症状。入院体检时除发现全身浅表淋巴结肿大外,无其他阳性体征。实验室检查:血常规、痰常规、血沉正常,类风湿因子阴性,连续3次痰染色抗酸杆菌
