在英语教学中,听、说、读、写技能培养的重要性不言而喻。其中,读的能力既是理解能力,又是表达能力。教学的实践也证明:英语的阅读有利于学生扩大词汇量,丰富语言知识,了解英语国家的社会文化背景,可以培养兴趣,陶冶情操,开发智力。所以在教学中我应重视学生的英语阅读能力的培养,才能保证其具有扎实的说写能力。现笔者就英语教学中如何培养学生的阅读能力,谈谈具体的做法:
In English teaching, listening, speaking, reading, writing the importance of training skills is self-evident. Among them, reading ability is both ability to understand, but also the ability to express. The practice of teaching also proves that reading English can help students to expand their vocabulary, enrich their knowledge of the language, understand the social and cultural backgrounds in English-speaking countries, cultivate their interest, mold their sentiments and develop their intelligence. Therefore, in teaching, I should attach importance to the cultivation of students’ reading ability in English in order to ensure that they have a solid ability to write.
