本文报道了高压放电对Wister近交系小鼠白细胞的辐射效应。检测指标有外周血白细胞计数、分类和骨髓有核细胞计数。并对健康人静脉血进行离体实验观察淋巴细胞分裂指数。结果表明:实验动物在高压放电场条件下与对照组相比,自放电作用2h后开始出现白细胞升高,停止作用后7天仍高于对照组,32天后才恢复到对照水平;骨髓有核细胞计数也有类似趋势;人外用血淋巴细胞分裂指数也出现有意义的增高。
This paper reports the radiation effects of high voltage discharge on Wister inbred mouse white blood cells. Detection index of peripheral blood leukocyte count, classification and bone marrow nucleated cell count. And venous blood of healthy people in vitro experiments to observe lymphocyte division index. The results showed that compared with the control group, the white blood cells began to leech up 2h after the high-voltage discharge in the high-voltage discharge field, and remained higher than the control group on the 7th day after stopping the action and recovered to the control level after 32 days. Cell counts also have similar trends; human peripheral blood lymphocyte division index also showed a significant increase.
