通过对山东省15所不同地区、不同级别医院的422个医疗服务项目的实际收费调查发现.这些项目的实际收费均不同程度高于现行标准,除大型仪器设备治疗费外,其余5大类医疗服务项目的实际收费平均高于现行标准3.88倍。其中省级医院门诊手术治疗费与现行标准相差最大,达6.71倍,县级区院一般检查治疗处置的实际收费高于标准2.64倍。75个手术项目的总体实际收费为现行标准的3.01倍。
