利用32P示踪技术对湖北省9个小麦品种(系)的研究结果表明:孕穗至抽穗期,代谢中心在各器官主次之分不明显,物质分配中心和养分需求强度部位一致,主要是茎,其次为叶、穗;抽穗至灌浆期,代谢中心为叶片,物质分配中心和养分需求强度顺序为茎>穗>叶;灌浆至成熟期,代谢中心、分配中心和养分需求强度部位表现一致,主要部位是穗,其次为茎、叶。不同品种根系吸收速率高峰期多数在灌浆期。子粒产量与子粒32P总活度有显著正相关关系(r=07131)。
