师幼互动即教师与幼儿之间的互动。这一互动居于各种人际互动的核心,存在于幼儿一日生活之中。对教师来说,互动是师幼共同对话、共同合作、共同构建和共同成长的过程,所以有良好的师幼互动关系对于新教师的专业成长就显得尤为重要。《幼儿园教育指导纲要(试行)》在倡导幼儿自主发展的理念中,把教师发展放在了同等地位。要把这种观念转化为行为,必须通过实践,而师幼互动则是最好的实践行为。一、师幼互动存在的问题
