语言的表达和理解问题是与语言的交际本质相关的基本问题。许多“社会的”和“认知的”因素会妨碍言语的接受者正确地理解言语发出者的表达意图,从而导致交流的失败。本文从性别差异的角度探讨语言的表达和理解问题,分析男性和女性在语言表达和理解上的一些特征,提出能够避免产生误解,实现有效沟通和交流的一些途径。
The problem of language expression and understanding is the basic problem related to the nature of language communication. Many “social” and “cognitive” factors prevent the receiver of speech from correctly understanding the utterance of the speaker, which leads to the failure of communication. This article explores the expression and understanding of language from the perspective of gender differences, analyzes some characteristics of language expression and understanding between men and women, and proposes some ways to avoid misunderstanding and achieve effective communication and exchange.
