近来实验证实他汀类药物具有除降血脂以外的心肌保护效应。现主要从他汀类药物激活磷脂酰肌醇-3激酶丝氨酸- 苏氨酸激酶／一氧化氮舍酶(PI3K／Akt／eNOS)信号通路、抑制氧化应激和抑制糖原合成激酶3β(GSK3β)三个方面阐述他汀类药物抑制心肌细胞凋亡的主要机制。
Recent experiments confirmed that statins have a cardioprotective effect other than lipid-lowering. It is mainly from statins that activate phosphatidylinositol-3 kinase serine-threonine kinase / Akt / eNOS signaling pathway to inhibit oxidative stress and inhibit glycogen synthesis kinase 3β (GSK3β) Three aspects explain the main mechanism of statins inhibiting cardiomyocyte apoptosis.
