一、引言传统建筑节能信息化项目着眼于单栋建筑或组团式建筑的楼宇自控或单项信息化管理,较少关注如高校、小区等区域用能系统和建筑组群的综合信息化系统建设。校园建筑节能信息化示范工程项目充分考虑目前我国高校多校区办学、建筑体量大、功能复杂和能耗类别齐全等因素,开发适合高等学校建筑用能特征,符合高校业务规律的校园建筑节能信息化集成系统,充分应用校园互联网络,将校园能耗流与业务流有机协调起来,以系统和全局观念对校园能耗实施实时化监测、定量化分析、智能化控制和定额化管理,以信息化手段指导、协调新建校园规划和既有建筑节能改造、管理优化。
