刘家坪铅锌萤石矿矿床属中温热液裂隙充填矿床。选矿生产主要回收的金属矿物有方铅矿、闪锌矿,次为白铅矿;综合回收的非金属矿物为萤石。主要脉石矿物为石英,其次为高岭土、绿泥石、绢云母等。由于原矿重晶石含量较高(7.4—10%左右),浮选萤石时,大量重晶石进入萤石精矿,严重影响萤石精矿质量。为此,我们参考有关资料,通过多次试验,采取在酸性矿浆中分选萤石与重晶石,取得了较好的成绩。浮选给料为铅锌优先浮选尾矿,流程为一次粗选,七次精选,中矿顺序返回的流程。药剂制度为:给料用硫酸调至矿浆pH为5—5.5,加水玻璃200—250克/吨,再加菜籽油皂化液320克/吨进行粗选,在粗选第一槽加六偏磷酸钠20克/吨抑制片
