企业文件由电子文件和纸质文件两种类型,电子文件的管理推动了纸质文件管理的改革,纸质文件管理的经验促进了电子文件管理的完善。电子文件和纸质文件共存的局面将长期存在,未来发展将是以低碳经济发展为方向的文件管理电子化,纸质文件功能会逐渐弱化。
Enterprise documents are composed of two types of electronic documents and paper documents. The management of electronic documents promotes the reform of paper document management. The experience of paper document management has promoted the improvement of electronic document management. The coexistence of electronic documents and paper documents will last for a long time. The future development will be electronic management of documents based on the development of low-carbon economy, and the function of paper documents will be weakened gradually.
