工作温度对热锻模的寿命有很大影响,热锻模的失效与其所受热负荷密切相关。通过Deform-3D模拟得到了铸钢基体堆焊模具连续工作状态下的温度分布规律。利用HDX-100数字式显微硬度计检测了该模具服役前后各层的硬度变化。结果表明,锻模连续工作时表层温度范围为550~650℃,服役前后硬度变化明显,最大降幅约为250 HV0.5;近表层温度范围为470~550℃,服役前后硬度降幅约为40 HV0.5;基体区连续工作时处于315℃左右恒温,对该区材料服役前后的硬度影响不大。
Working temperature has a great influence on the life of hot forging die. The failure of hot forging die is closely related to the heat load. Through the Deform-3D simulation, the temperature distribution law of the continuous casting mold of the steel substrate was obtained. The change of hardness of each layer before and after service of this mold was tested by HDX-100 digital microhardness tester. The results show that the surface temperature range of continuous forging die is 550 ~ 650 ℃, the hardness changes obviously before and after service, the maximum decrease is about 250 HV0.5; the temperature of near surface layer is 470 ~ 550 ℃, the hardness decrease about 40 HV .5; When the substrate zone is continuously working, it is at a constant temperature of about 315 ° C and has little effect on the hardness of the material before and after service.
