目的应用带蒂包皮内板治疗先天性尿道下裂。方法 29例患儿,平均4.5岁,其中阴茎体型22例,阴茎阴囊型7例。切除阴茎腹侧纤维索带后,应用阴茎背侧带蒂的内板卷曲成管状,旋转180°至阴茎腹侧与原尿道口吻合,形成新的尿道。结果 26例患儿获成功,排尿正常,阴茎外观尚可。3例发生尿瘘。结论应用带蒂包皮内板治疗先天性尿道下裂,提高手术操作技巧和术前术后的正确治疗,是取得成功的关键。
Objective To apply pedicle foreskin in the treatment of congenital hypospadias. Methods 29 cases of children, with an average of 4.5 years, of which 22 cases of penis size, penis scrotum in 7 cases. After removal of penile ventral fiber cord, the pedicle of the penile dorsal pedicled curled into a tubular shape, rotated 180 ° to the ventral aspect of the penis to coincide with the original urethra to form a new urethra.
