针对当前科技信息事业体制改革中存在的问题,从人才培养的角度,阐明了市场经济条件下急需的科技信息人才类型,提出了加快培养适应市场经济要求的科技信息人才的对策措施。
In view of the existing problems in the system reform of science and technology information system, from the perspective of personnel training, the type of science and technology information personnel urgently needed under the condition of market economy is clarified, and measures to speed up the training of science and technology information talents to adapt to the market economy are put forward.
