采用微束等离子弧焊接方法焊接不锈钢丝网,得到了对接接头的6种不同装配方式的焊点,并基于试验结果分析了装配方式、焊枪对中位置和热输入对焊点成形的影响。结果表明:微束等离子弧焊为不锈钢丝网较为理想的焊接方法,可得到光滑均匀的焊点且达到丝丝焊接、单面焊双面成形的效果;采用对接接头形式所得的焊点主要有球形、椭球形和纺锤形等形态;装配方式、焊接位置和热输入大小对焊点成形均有较大的影响。
The micro-beam plasma arc welding method was used to weld the stainless steel wire mesh. Six kinds of solder joints of the butt joint were obtained, and the influence of the assembly method, the center position of the welding torch and the heat input on the formation of the welding spot were analyzed based on the test results. The results show that the micro-plasma arc welding is an ideal welding method for stainless steel wire mesh, which can obtain a smooth and even welding spot and achieve the effect of double-sided forming of single wire and single wire welding. The main welding spots of the butt joint are Spherical, ellipsoidal and spindle-shaped and other forms; assembly methods, welding position and heat input size have a greater impact on the formation of solder joints.
