美中经济关系可能是21世纪全球最重要的双边关系。可是这一关系发展并不顺利。全球化带来的压力与矛盾为两国的相互关系平添紧张,贸易摩擦和贸易保护主义的风险不断扩大。更为严重的是,美中关系之间正滋长着一股具有侵蚀性的不信任情绪,如果任由它蔓延而不加制止,它将虚耗两国未来几年的无限商机。该有人来敲敲警钟了,否则就太迟了。
U.S.-China economic relationship may be the most important bilateral relationship in the world in the 21st century. However, the development of this relationship is not smooth. The pressure and contradictions brought about by globalization have added tension to the mutual relations between the two countries, and the risks of trade frictions and trade protectionism are constantly expanding. What is more serious is that there is an erosive mistrust among the U.S.-China relations that, if allowed to spread without stopping, will undermine the enormous business opportunities for the two countries in coming years. Someone knocked on the alarm, otherwise it would be too late.
