山东根据地的文艺创作是与减租减息、土地改革等群众运动密不可分的,“平鹰坟”最早在任迁乔的木刻连环画册《翻身》中出现,随后在1944年的大店“查减”斗争中落实为实际的革命行动;“平鹰坟”实际行动所产生的巨大影响催生了更多的新闻通讯和文艺作品,如话剧《地震》、歌曲《平鹰坟》、鼓词《晴天传》、秦腔剧《平鹰坟》等,并远播到山东之外的其他解放区;在社会主义革命与建设时期,“平鹰坟”故事以戏剧、电影等形式得到呈现,遍及全国。在新的时代背景下,“平鹰坟”的继续创作与传播应在尊重历史真实的基础上,着重体现对社会公平正义的吁求、对中国共产党群众工作的经验总结,贯彻习近平总书记关于社会主义文艺“坚持以人民为中心的创作导向”的讲话精神。
