5-芳基-2-巯基-1,3,4-噻二唑与α-溴代乙酰葡萄糖在KOH/EtOH体系中进行糖苷化反应,制得6个N-β-D-乙酰葡萄糖苷和6个S-β-D-乙酰葡萄糖苷,其中4个为已知化合物,其他8个为新化合物。所有化合物结构均经1HNMR、13 CNMR、元素分析确定,对金黄色葡萄球菌、链球菌、大肠杆菌初步抑菌实验证明,部分化合物显示了较好的抑菌活性。
5-Aryl-2-mercapto-1,3,4-thiadiazoles and α-bromoacetylglucose were glycosidated in a KOH / EtOH system to prepare 6 N-β-D-acetylglucosides and Six S-β-D-glucosinolates, of which four are known compounds, the other eight are new compounds. The structures of all the compounds were confirmed by 1HNMR, 13 C NMR and elemental analysis. The preliminary antibacterial activity tests on Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus and Escherichia coli showed that some compounds showed good antibacterial activity.
