提出Cu2+－S2O32-－SO32-无毒化学发黑液的配方及工艺条件，分析了溶液各组分对膜层形成的影响。试验结果表明，该工艺能耗低、成本少、发黑速度快、不污染环境，所获得的膜层色泽均匀，防腐性能好。
The formula and process conditions of Cu2 + -S2O32 - SO32 - nontoxic chemical black liquor were proposed and the effects of various components of the solution on the film formation were analyzed. The test results show that the process has the advantages of low energy consumption, low cost, fast blackening speed and no pollution to the environment, uniform color and good anticorrosion performance.
