金刷巴又名金丝刷〔Lethariella cladonioides(NyI)Krog〕,是松萝科(Usneaeeae)金丝属Lethariella(Mot,)Krog的一种地衣植物。陕西眉县一带做为草药使用已久,其味苦,性平。具有镇静、消炎、止痛功能,主治头目眩晕,神经衰弱等症。已报道的化学成分有降斑点酸和荔枝素。张深固的药理实验表明金刷巴多糖具有降低疟原虫感染作用。本文就金刷巴多糖的成分作一初步报道。多糖的提取和制备取30g粉碎且脱脂的金刷巴材料,放人1000ml烧杯内,加蒸镏水,在70℃水浴中搅拌提取1h,离心移出上清液。按上述方法,用蒸镏水再重复
