用爱的士冲剂治疗大肠癌术后气虚证患者50例．并与西药胸腺肽组40例对照进行临床观察。结果治疗组临床症状好转．有效率（显效＋有效）为96．0％．对照组为72．5％，两者相比差异显著（P＜0．01）。对患者生存质量改善．体重增加、血红蛋白增加，治疗组优于对照组（P＜0．05）、对免疫指标影响，治疗组增加T淋巴亚群CD3＋、CD4＋、提高CD4＋／CD8＋比值以及增加外周血IgG、IgM方面均优于对照组（P＜0．05）。提示爱的土冲剂具有较好的益气健脾养血、活血散结功效，能显著增强机体的免疫功能。
