患者25岁,孕2产1,住院号20783,妊娠28周觉全身皮肤瘙痒来院就诊,宫高31cm,腹围92cm,胎方位为右枕前,胎心音148min~(-1) ,全身皮肤外观无异常。既往未曾患过皮肤病及肝胆疾病。末次月经1994年3月10日,预产期1994年12月17日,第一胎妊娠8周行人工流产术,丈夫身体健康。孕32周全身皮肤瘙痒加剧,工作生活均受影响,来我院门诊求治给服中草药菌陈汤两付后皮肤奇痒有所好
