武汉是一座因水而兴的城市,建设好美丽武汉港航业,对于复兴大武汉、建设“美丽武汉”具有非常重要的意义。新中国成立以来,在政府的大力支持下,武汉港航业经历了一段飞速发展的大好时机,但它仍然在发展规划上、在民间港航业的建设中、经济法本身和使用上存在不少问题。在当今国家政策的大背景下,武汉市应该牢牢抓住机遇,解决好这些问题,建设美丽武汉港航。法治作为最基本的治国方略,以经济法的视野来探究武汉港航的建设,就显得很有必要。通过分析建设美丽武汉港航的重要意义及其当下发展所面临的一些主要问题,并提出了几点规划发展建设中的建议,以希望能为武汉港航业的发展尽一点绵薄之力,同时呼吁更多的有志之士能更加关注和支持武汉港航的建设。
Wuhan is a city prosperous because of the water.
