1993~1994年研究了田间生长条件下5个玉米杂交种棒3叶的光合强度(Pa)、比叶重(SLW)、叶氮量(NLA)、叶肉厚度(LT)、气孔密度(SF)、维管束密度(VBF)等光合性状。结果表明:(1)各杂交种棒3叶的Pa高峰均出现在吐丝期,不同杂交种从吐丝期到成熟期的Pa动态变化不同,SLW、NLA的动态变化趋势相似。(2)不同玉米杂交种的Pa、SLW、NLA、LT、SF、VBF表现差异显著。(3)玉米吐丝期棒3叶的SLW、NLA、LT、SF、VBF与Pa均呈显著正相关,对棒3叶Pa的贡献是:NLA>SLW>LT>SF>VBF。(4)Pa、SLW、NLA、MF属于数量性状遗传,SF、VBF属于质量性状遗传。
The photosynthetic (Pa), specific gravity (SLW), leaf nitrogen (NA), leaf thickness (LT), stomatal density (SF) of three maize hybrids were studied under field conditions from 1993 to 1994, , Vascular bundle density (VBF) and other photosynthetic characteristics. The results showed that: (1) Pa peak of three hybrids appeared in the silking stage. The dynamic changes of Pa in different hybrids from silking stage to mature stage were different. The dynamic changes of SLW and NLA were similar. (2) Pa, SLW, NLA, LT, SF and VBF showed significant differences among different maize hybrids. (3) There was a significant positive correlation between SLW, NLA, LT, SF, VBF and Pa in the three leaves of corn during silking stage. The contributions to Pa with three leaves were NLA> SLW> LT> SF> VBF. (4) Pa, SLW, NLA, MF belong to the quantitative trait inheritance, SF, VBF belong to the quality trait inheritance.
