At the first annual meeting of China Nonferrous Metals Society on December 26, 1986, the general manager of China Nonferrous Metals Corporation paid a speech to plenipotentiary on the general review and future work of the development of nonferrous metals in our country in recent years. He pointed out that in recent years the Central Government has already started to develop non-ferrous metals
