Science and technology files are the original records and the true reflection formed in scientific research and production activities. They are a reserve form of scientific and technological resources, an irreplaceable information resource and an important basis for further research and scientific and technological development of scientific research institutes. With the rapid development of economic construction, science and technology files have been widely used in all fields of social activities and have had a profound impact on economic construction and social development. At the same time, scientific archives management has put forward higher requirements. How to collect and manage scientific and technological archives scientifically and normly, and promote scientific and technological innovation, social progress, and the inheritance of scientific and technological archives are all important considerations for archivists in all research institutes
