In 1978, the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Party established the road of development for China’s reform and opening up. In the past 30 years, China has achieved unprecedented breakthroughs in its economy and society. It has made great leaps and bounds in its great development. Its thinking has been continuously liberated. Its concepts have been constantly updated and its development has been advancing with each passing day.
