The research of laser remelting plasma spraying thermal barrier coating on nickel base superalloy was carried out, and its high temperature performance was tested. The results show that the ZrO2 ceramic coating is refined columnar crystals, the columnar grain boundaries contain Al, Ti and other elements, NiCoCrAlY bonding layer is austenite. Phase analysis confirmed the formation of cubic and tetragonal mixed ZrO2. Its high temperature oxidation and thermal cycling performance is significantly enhanced by the thermal barrier coatings formed by plasma spraying
