5月21日上午7时许,32岁的男子陈富超为了追讨被拖欠的债务,爬上了广州海珠桥,声称讨债不成就要跳桥,导致交通堵塞长达五个小时。中午12时14分,在警方久劝未果的情形下,年逾六旬的当地市民赖健生悄然突破警戒线,爬到陈富超身边,将其推了下去,造成陈富超手肘、腰椎骨折。事发后,有关部门认为跳桥者陈富超涉嫌聚众扰乱公共场所秩序罪,推人者赖健生涉嫌故意伤害罪,两者都面临刑事制裁。海珠桥为频繁发生的跳桥事件所困扰,已有时日。由于此前并未发生伤害后果,却又给市民带来了交通堵塞等不便,所以当地舆论甚至称这些事件为“跳桥秀”。但陈富超跳桥事件中的“推人”“骨折”等意外,却使此次事件演变成了一个举国关注的公共事件。对于这起跳桥事件,媒体已有众多报道和分析。中央电视台《中国法治报道》记者龚雪辉以采访过程中听到的八句话为基点,对这起跳桥事件作出了独到的观察和思考。本刊特刊出其文章,为广州跳桥事件提供一个新的解读视角。
