随着我国经济快速持续的发展,各项大型基础设施建设以及关系到国计民生的民用建筑如雨后春笋般拔地而起,而在这个过程中工程机械起到着至关重要的作用,然而由于我国长期处于计划经济状态,大多数人只注重短期的效益和效率,这就导致工程机械在实际应用过程中存在着很多管理方面的问题。通过分析现代工程机械在应用过程中存在着的管理方面问题,并应用先进的管理学理念提出一些解决问题的措施。
