空中银鹰呼啸,海面战舰驰骋,水中蓝鲸蹈海……2009年4月23日15时03分,旨在展示中国和各国海军维护海上和平、共建和谐海洋能力和决心的海上大阅兵在山东青岛落下帷幕。至此,为期4天的“庆祝中国人民解放军海军成立纪念日多国海军活动”圆满结束。而承担此次“多国海军活动”海上安保和入出境边检任务的山东边防总队,按照安保总体要求,出色完成了“海上和平之约”的安保任务,赢得了公安部副部长孟宏伟、山东省副省长郭兆信,山东省省长助理、公安厅厅长吴鹏飞等各级领导的充分肯定,人民群众称赞他们是“波峰浪尖的搏击者”。
