当前湿式成型的砖瓦生产中,绝大多数的厂对砖坯的干燥是采用自然干燥的。由于自然条件的变化,对操作技术的要求,无疑地,在砖的生产过程中是一个重要环节。特别是对机制产品(包括在技术革命中出现的小型制坯机的砖坯)来说,就更为重要。现就个人的认识与体会对砖坯生产中的干燥与维护工作,提出如下几点意见。一、干燥场的布置与水道系统的安排坯场的布置要适合成型、干燥、焙烧三者在运输之间的平衡作业,同时还应注意便于劳动效率的提高。而水道系统的安排是为了排除在雨季汛期的积水,从而保证汛期安全地生产。
In the current production of wet-molded tiles, most plants use natural drying for the drying of bricks. Due to changes in natural conditions, the requirements for operating technology are undoubtedly an important link in the brick production process. In particular, it is even more important for mechanistic products (including the bricks of small machineries that emerged in the technological revolution). Now on the personal understanding and experience of drying and maintenance work in brick production, put forward the following points. 1. Arrangement of Drying Yard and Arrangement of Waterway System The layout of the billet should be suitable for the balanced operation of molding, drying, and roasting. It should also be noted that it is convenient for the improvement of labor efficiency. The arrangement of the waterway system is to eliminate the accumulation of water during the rainy season so as to ensure safe production in the flood season.
