离退休重点人群,老干部的思想工作是做好老干部,也就是离退休重点人群工作的重中之重,是基础性工作,必须引起我们的高度重视。历史的新时期已然到来,我们必须来中国特色社会主义共同理想的指引下,以科学发展观为旗帜,认真做好离退休重点人群的思想工作,以便于更好地服务于中国特色社会主义建设事业,我们要从党的建设的全局出发,实现离退休重点人群的思想工作建设。在本文中,我将就新时期的离退休重点人群的政治思想工作的现状及应对措施进行分析。我们要力求在新的历史时期、新的时代起点,着力做好离退休重点人群的政治思想工作,在这一过程中我们必须有计划、有意识的进行工作,提升离退休重点人群的历史使命感和政治责任感。在积极努力之后,将离退休重点人群的思想境界提高到一个新的境界。
