改革开放后,农村经济虽然有所发展,但仍然落后于其他发达地区,基础教育的整体发展水平也相当缓慢。由于农村教师的收入水平较低、工作繁重、业务素质得不到提高、生活环境差等原因,农村中小学教师的积极性受到严重制约。本文通过对福建漳州农村地区教师积极性情况的调查与分析,探讨提高漳州农村地区教师积极性的有效途径。
After the reform and opening up, although the rural economy has developed, it still lags behind other developed regions. The overall level of development of basic education is also relatively slow. Due to the low income level of rural teachers, heavy workload, lack of professional quality improvement, poor living environment and other reasons, the enthusiasm of rural primary and secondary school teachers is severely restricted. Through the investigation and analysis of teachers’ enthusiasm in rural areas of Zhangzhou in Fujian Province, this paper discusses the effective ways to improve the enthusiasm of teachers in rural areas of Zhangzhou.
