人力资源是企业建设的核心,也是社会财富的创造者,更是人类社会再生产的一个综合概述。美国一些较为大型的企业已经逐渐认识到人力资源在企业发展中的重要性,并已形成相对完整的人力资源管理部门,对企业的发展起到了重要作用,是企业在发展过程中重要的组成部分。但是,我国人力资源的发展依然处于初始阶段,严重阻碍了我国经济的发展。笔者作为一名美国留学生,结合美国和中国企业人力资源在管理过程中的差异性进行了分析,以期促进我国企业人力资源的长远发展。
Human resources are the core of enterprise construction as well as the creator of social wealth. It is also a comprehensive overview of the reproduction of human society. Some of the larger U.S. companies have come to realize the importance of human resources in their business development and have formed a relatively complete human resources management department, which has played an important role in the development of enterprises and an important part of the development of enterprises . However, the development of human resources in our country is still in its infancy, which seriously hindered the economic development of our country. As an American student, this article analyzes the differences of human resource management between American and Chinese enterprises in the process of management, in order to promote the long-term development of human resources in Chinese enterprises.
