In 2005, the state-owned enterprises in our city’s restructuring work, the overall advancement, key breakthroughs, from top to bottom linkage, work together to tackle tough problems, the effect is obvious. A total of 226 state-owned enterprises in the city have already approved the restructuring of 189, with 84% of restructuring; 118 state-owned industrial enterprises have approved the restructuring of 94, accounting for 80% of the total.
